TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DRIVEWISE ORANGEVILLE

DriveWise Orangeville Inc course fee is non-refundable. If payment terms are not met, services will be suspended until terms are fulfilled.

DriveWise Orangeville Inc will charge $35.00 for dishonoured cheques.

DriveWise Orangeville Inc requires the student to be ready at the agreed upon time for in-car appointments. Students must have their G1 present for every session. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, such as illness or death in the family and a student misses a lesson, the student will not be charged. If there are no extenuating circumstances, in-car appointment cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a charge of the hourly rate of $45.00.

DriveWise Orangeville Inc reserves the right to cancel the car appointment on short notice due to the weather, or other circumstances beyond their control. *The student or the student’s legal guardian certifies that the statements in their registration documents are accurate and consent to the release of any information contained herein to the MTO, Insurance Bureau of Canada, and the MTO Course Inspector. This information shall be kept in strict confidence and shall be transmitted in accordance with MTO regulations pertaining to approved beginner driver education programs.

*DriveWise Orangeville Inc will certify the student via the MTO online system upon course completion. A record of certification can be obtained by purchasing a Driver’s License History with Proof of Driving School from a Service Ontario Office for $12.

*MTO regulations also stipulates that the course must be completed within a year of the course start date.

*MTO regulations stipulate that a student must have his/her G1 License before beginning the in-car portion.

For the in-car lessons students from the outlying areas, will meet their Instructor at a predetermined pick-up point within our area and/or Orangeville. *Applies to our Safe Start Courses only
